Can I submit more than one warranty claim at a time and pay only one shipping charge?

No. Our warranty system only allows for one product replacement per transaction.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
• Shipping is via USPS First Class mail. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive as our warehouse is located in Pennsylvania.

How do I locate my item #?

The item # is found on the inside arm of your MiniShades® or on the back of your box.

Can I select a different product, color, or size when submitting a warranty claim?

No. Our warranty only offers an exact replacement for the product that was lost or damaged – same size/color.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this time, we only ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, & the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Where are Minishades® manufactured?

MiniShades® are designed in the USA & manufactured in Taiwan.
